Welcome to LedgerFlow. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LedgerFlow app ("App"), a personal checkbook register and budgeting companion. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Use of the App
a. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. Freemium Model: The App operates on a freemium model. Core tracking features are free. Premium features such as recurring automation, receipt attachments, and unlimited categories are available via subscription.
c. Account Registration: Some features may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.
3. Subscription Fees and Payment
a. Subscription: Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Details of plans and fees are available within the App.
b. Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes any third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of LedgerFlow and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
